The Essential Suite includes 3 enclosure cards and 2 blank envelopes in the color of your choice. But maybe you’re looking for a little bit more? I also offer special processes including Letterpress, Foiling, Thermography, and Debossing/ Embossing. Some processes can even be combined! *hint hint*
Extras + Embellishments
Available extras include: Patterned Envelope Liners, Invitation Mats, Belly Bands, Digital Envelope Addressing, Save the Dates, and any day-of paper goods such as Programs, Menus, Seating Charts, Place Cards, Table Numbers, and any signage you can think of.
01. Consultation
One of my fave parts of the whole shebang is the initial consultation with my brides. We’ll sip lattes and pet pretty paper while chatting about how to make your paper dreams come true. We’ll hash out all the details for your invites, so I can provide the most accurate quote possible. No time for an in-person consultation? Totally ok! We can chat on the phone or even a video call instead.
04. proposal
This is usually my brides’ favorite part — seeing their wedding invitations for the first time. (Ok, it’s always their fave part!) I’ll send you a form with all the different components and extras you’ve selected, fully designed for your eyes to feast upon. I always suggest having multiple people look it over and maybe even sleep on it for a night. Remember to confirm all info too! More on that in the next step.
02. Onboarding
So, we’ve had our meeting and now it’s time for the business-y stuff. (Don’t worry - it’s pretty painless!) Once you’ve approved the quote, you’ll be directed to sign the contract. Double check all the info is good to go, then you’ll even be able to put down your deposit all in the same form. (Told you it was painless!) Oh, and I use a secure CRM to process payments, so your info is super safe with me!
05. proofing
Maybe I’m too much of a perfectionist, but this step is the most important step of all. After all, your guests need to know when and where to be! Here you’ll provide very specific edits on your proposal, (3 rounds to be precise) so your invites are exactly the way you want them. Check every line carefully for accuracy, especially names, dates, times, venues, etc. For real, this is it! The next step is sending to print! Gasp!
03. questionnaire
One more step until we get to the fun part again - I pinky promise! Next, I’ll send you a form to obtain all the info I need to design your paper love. Unless you need some advice on wording, you’ll tell me exactly what you want each and every piece in your suite to say. I’m always happy to provide tips on etiquette and wording suggestions. Just let a girl know - I am here for you, love!
06. production
Ok, but THIS is my fave part! Now that you’ve approved all the designs, I get to make the magic happen. (Can you see me happy dancin?!) I’ll order envelopes, begin test printing, and will eventually be assembling and putting the final touches on what will surely be your guests’ very first look into these big plans you’ve been making. Get excited because the finished product is nearly in your hands!
